Setting Up A Service For the most part, we plan these services ahead of time. That way we can guarantee that your equipment will be at the desired location on time, every time. Those are promises that we want to be able to keep. We really think that working together with you to set up the service ahead of time and working on reasonable deadlines is the best way to make sure that we can work together properly. All you need to do is give us a call and let us know what you will be needing us to pick up! Working In Rural Areas At times we get calls from people that want us to carry agricultural equipment. The only “issue” that may come up here is having to pick up your equipment directly from the rural area. We can get that done a lot of times. We would appreciate it though if you would let us know ahead of time what the road to that area looks like. That way we can be certain that our trucks will be able to travel to your location without too much trouble! Concrete Strucutres & Construction Material At times we actually get to tow equipment that does not necessarily have wheels. When it comes to construction sites we have towed concrete structures we have towed all sorts of materials. Our boom trucks that come equipped with a crane are perfect for these types of jobs as they can get the equipment onto the truck and back on the ground quickly and effectively. Also, we strap down all of the equipment correctly to make sure that it will not be constantly moving during the trip. We are a well-rounded Reno towing service and would gladly solve this dilemma for you! How Far Is Point A From Point B? With all of the long distance towing and auto recovery that we do we obviously request that you try to let us know in advance. The reason we do this is so that we can make sure that we have a truck and a driver available at that particular time and quite frankly that we can afford to remove them from our local rotations for a couple of days. As far as how far we can go, we can pretty much go as far as you need us to as long as we have trucks available. |
